A courtesy visit was paid to Bilgehan Erdem, Mayor of Artvin, by the project team of “GreenS4BlackSea – Protection of Virgin Forests as a Green Solution for the Black Sea.”

The project coordinator, Prof. Dr. Özgür Eminağaoğlu, provided Mr. Erdem with detailed information about the project. Potential areas of cooperation with the Artvin Municipality, as a project stakeholder, were also discussed. Emphasizing their support for all scientific initiatives aimed at protecting Artvin’s natural environment, Mayor Erdem expressed his appreciation to the delegation for their kind visit.
